Rates

The house is rented for both short-term and long-term rentals. The minimum rental period is 11 nights. From a rental period of more than 4 weeks, you will enjoy the long-term rental. Rates for this are on request.

A 500€ security deposit is required, which will be refunded within 8 days after departure if the keyholder has not noticed any damage or theft.

A further 140€ is requested for linen service and final cleaning. This is to be settled directly with the keyholder upon arrival. Excessive soiling may incur a surcharge.

If you wish the pool to be heated, please agree this directly with the keyholder. The fee for this is 10€/night and is to be settled directly with the keyholder.

Electricity consumption is included in the rental price up to a maximum of 15 kWh/night. This is sufficient for normal consumption. Additional consumption is charged at 0,17€/kWh. This surcharge will be deducted from the refund of the rental deposit.

• Minimum age of tenant who is also on site: 25 years
• Overnight stay for up to 6 people
• Because of the peace and quiet, this property is not rented to groups of young people
• Organising student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties and other similar activities are prohibited in this property as well as subletting.
